The Bill Romanowski Award

When asked about Sunday's incident when he stomped on Cowboys' center Andre Gurode's face, the Titans' Albert Haynesworth said, "What I did out there was disgusting."

So this is the first installment of a weekly entry where we pan the worst/dumbest person from the NFL this past weekend.

I don't even care what happens in tonight's game. There's no way someone tonight can usurp the award this week from Albert Haynesworth. He knocks off Andre Gurode's helmet while he's down and stomps on his face??? Are you kidding me?

Then he flips on the ref and removes his helmet in protest of the flag he received? Seriously? Unbelievable.

The word is that he's getting a 4 game suspension. Is that enough? I'm not so sure. I don't even care if he regrets it. I know emotions can get crazy when you're out there, but c'mon. That was pretty f***ed up!!!
